Behind every set of GCSE results is an individual story of hard work and determination to gain success. Year on year, the Rye St Antony community celebrates the commitment, determination, and resilience of its pupils and their exam results. We are proud to watch our girls move on to their chosen next steps as diligent students and confident young women.
Our Headline GCSE Results 2023:
- Grade 9 to 8% — 24%
- Grade 9 to 7% — 44.8%
- Grade 9 to 5% — 82.6 %
- Grade 9 to 4% — 92.0%
Congratulations to our Year 11 who achieved some excellent results both individually and as a year group. Discounting the years of CAGs and TAGs, these results are the best we have had since the advent of the new GCSE specifications in 2018, as regards the percentage of grades 9-7 and grades 9-5. Students embodied The Rye Way by showing intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to discern their own paths, with support from both the pastoral and academic teams. In line with our bespoke approach, we have started offering BTEC Sport in Year 12, which will run alongside our other BTEC offerings of Business and Computing, as well a wide range of traditional A levels and Leiths cookery.
