Rye St Antony is a private school in Oxford. We are a day and boarding school for girls aged 3 to 18 and boys aged from 3 to 11.

We pride ourselves in providing our pupils with a first-class education in a spectacular yet peaceful setting close to Oxford city centre.

Here at Rye we’ve been educating girls for almost a century. Our pupils are encouraged to confidently be whoever they want to be and our aim is to inspire them to be the best they can be in life.

Nursery

A thriving and warming educational, child led, day nursery in Headington, Oxford, for boys and girls from 3. We boast excellent facilities both inside the classroom and outside and our highly qualified staff have a passion for nurturing the individual.

Pre Prep

Your child’s education starts here. Rye’s lively, happy and nurturing Pre-Prep years for girls and boys aged four to seven offer the best possible beginning to life at school. Our rich and varied curriculum ensures children enter the prep school with a love of learning.

Prep School

Giving boys and girls age 7-11 the best start to their school life, our Prep School offers a rich curriculum with extensive additional opportunities to give our students the confidence to truly be who they want to be.

Senior School

Offering a first class educational experience, and making Oxford our classroom, girls age 11+ become confident and resilient learners who are not shy to take on new challenges during their time in senior school.

Sixth Form

Our Sixth Form students are mature, confident women with excellent academic achievements who thrive in our school community, enjoying a wide range of extra-curricular and leadership opportunities.

Boarding

With two boarding houses, and set within our school grounds just a mile from Oxford City Centre, boarding at Rye is a rich and exciting experience where students enjoy school life during the day, and have the independence to explore our beautiful city during evenings and weekends.
