Musical Rye

Music is an important part of life at Rye and every pupil is enouraged to take part, whatever their interests. 

Our musicians appear in events throughout the year from concerts, music competitions, recitals and operatic events to school productions and regular services. 

Pupils are given the opportunity to take part in Chamber Choir, Senior Choir, Prep and Senior Orchestra and Music Theory Club. 

Our specialist teachers enhance our music offering by encouraging pupils to take part in lessons in a wide variety of instruments from saxophone to harp and jazz piano to drums.
