The Sixth Form Centre
Rye St Antony Sixth Form has its own Sixth Form Centre – a space where girls can study, socialise and make their own. Set on the ground floor of one of our boarding houses and tucked away in 12-acres of beautiful wooded grounds, it is the perfect setting for life in Sixth Form. Whilst enjoying a rural life at school, we are just a mile from Oxford City Centre and all that the famous and historic city of Oxford has to offer. It really is the best of both worlds.
Our Sixth Form Centre has:
- IT facilities and technology dedicated to Sixth Form use.
- Social space for all important downtime.
- WiFi.
- Resources including a photocopier and stationary.
- Tea and coffee making facilities.
- A dedicated dining room where lunch is served exclusively to Sixth Form Girls
In addition to the Sixth Form facilities, the girls can, of course, make full use of all the school’s fantastic facilities including the excellent library, food kitchen, purpose-built sports hall, and fitness suite, outdoor tennis courts, netball, and hockey pitches and in the summer the outdoor heated swimming pool.
Many of our Sixth Form pupils choose to board whilst completing their A-Level courses. Boarding rooms are situated in the same boarding house as the Sixth Form Centre. Living on-site allows the girls to make the most of the facilities and support on offer to aid their study whilst also giving them some independence away from home as they grow into young women ready to take on the world.
