Prep Co-ed School – where every day is an adventure
In our lively and educationally stimulating Prep Co-ed School for boys and girls aged between 5 and 11, every new day is for exploration. Our Prep School pupils are encouraged to use their natural curiosity to develop a love of learning.
We believe in the importance of enhancing the life skills of our pupils from their very first day with us; always mindful of the years ahead and the need to prepare them for the wider world. This means that as well as their academic achievement and extra-curricular diversity, we develop the soft skills that employers are seeking – respect, independence, resilience and curiosity.
We recognise individual hard work and achievement through regular awards, competitions, and challenges while encouraging all our pupils to develop friendships and links with the whole school community right up to Sixth Form.
Alongside our curriculum, taught by highly-experienced and passionate staff, children are always busy with all kinds of activities. From clubs such as Forest School and art, to pottery and cookery – an opportunity for them to work out what they enjoy outside of the classroom and start to build skills and interests unique to them.
Just as importantly, our parents are always welcomed and encouraged to participate in school activities. Our door is always open and we work hard to keep them informed on every aspect of their child’s school life. Our parents love attending our great variety of events and highly popular drama productions.
