Weekend activities include regular visits to cinemas, theatres, pop and classical concerts, leisure centres, the Oxford Ice Rink and shopping centres. Punting, ten-pin bowling and visits to adventure parks are also popular. Younger boarders especially enjoy seaside weekends and camping weekends. OIder boarders enjoy shopping and theatre visits to London and Stratford. Many girls in Years 9 - 13 participate in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and the various training and expedition weekends that form part of each stage of the Award.
